HOWARD STONE

Howard Stone, Is a veteran of the infamous Holy City Zoo, where such acts as Robin Williams, Dana Carvey, Rob Schneider, and Margaret Cho all honed their craft. Howard has appeared in countless movies and television shows throughout the 80's and 90's. He is the host of his own talk show, The Howard Stone Show, where his irreverent interviewing style has been compared to Jon Stewart of the Daily Show by the SF Weekly. His additional performing credits include: his one-man show about the homeless and bowling, Sport of the Gods ("Takes you to a place art seldom visits" -Bay Guardian), and a junkie on an episode of Cagney and Lacey. He is also the creator of the soap opera parody, Moral Heights, which was touted as "full of shimmering one-liners" -Steve Winn The SF Chronicle. He is a founding member of the comedy troupes, The Pros from Dover, The Legal Briefs and The Green Room Improv Players as well as an alumni of the renowned LA Connection.


KURT WEITZMANN

Kurt Weitzmann is another Holy City Zoo Alumni has been seen on Comedy Central, MTV, and on the stages of every San Francisco comedy club ever to come or go.. In between Stand Up performances Kurt founded numerous Bay Area sketch groups, including Nervous laughter which was touted as "Funnier than any given season of Saturday Night Live in the last ten years" by BAM Magazine. In the year 2000, Kurt moved to Los Angeles and began writing, producing, and performing comedy shows at The HBO Workspace and The Comedy Central Stage and creating sketches and comedy shows at The FAKE Gallery ("Best place to see comedy in LA"- LA Magazine) And the UCB Theater. While in Los Angeles Kurt worked closely with such comedy luminaries as Dave Thomas (SCTV), Patton Oswalt (Ratatouille, King of Queens), Dana Gould (The Simpsons), Kate Flannery (The Office), Tom Kenny (Sponge Bob Square Pants) to name but a few. In 2007 his feature length play DEAD HAPPY was produced by The SFFC Theater.
